Everything that could have gone wrong last week for K-State did, for 30 minutes at least. This week, the Wildcats get an opponent for whom much the same is usually true.
The Game
The (rv/—) Kansas State Wildcats (3-1, 0-1 Big 12) host the (6/4) Oklahoma Sooners (4-0, 1-0).
Chris Klieman is 2-0 against Lincoln Riley. With two vitally important players missing and an incredibly talented Oklahoma squad champing at the bit after three relatively lackluster outings in four tries, and the certain knowledge that if there’s one team the Sooners aren’t overlooking this year it’s K-State, we could be in for a long afternoon.
