MANHATTAN — There haven’t been a lot of smiles for Kansas State during a rough Big 12 basketball season, but there’s nothing like a game against TCU to cure what ails you.
Breaking loose with rare offensive efficiency, the Wildcats enjoyed a senior night laugher with a 79-54 victory over the Horned Frogs on Wednesday at Bramlage Coliseum.
“With all the close games we’ve had, all the heartbreaking games, it was good for all of us to enjoy it,” K-State coach Bruce Weber said. “We played the game the right way.
“I keep telling them if we keep believing and keep doing the right things we’ll finish on a positive note.
