Former K-State stars Martin Gramatica, Michael Bishop make 2018 Hall of Fame ballot

A pair of former Kansas State stars are up for the College Football Hall of Fame.

Martin Gramatica and Michael Bishop were both nominated to the 2018 ballot on Thursday. They join a group of 75 players and six coaches from the Football Bowl Subdivision and 98 players and 31 coaches from the divisional ranks currently being considered for HOF honors.

This is the first time Gramatica has made the ballot. Bishop was also nominated last year.

Gramatica is the best kicker in K-State history. He twice earned first team All-America honors and won the Lou Groza Award in 1997.
