AUSTIN, Texas — For the second week in a row and following a fourth straight loss, Kansas State’s football is questioning and answering questions about the direction of the season.
Two last-minute losses to nationally-ranked Oklahoma State and TCU left the Wildcats confident they could play with any team in the Big 12, then they ran up against Oklahoma and were steamrolled by a 55-0 margin.
Loss No. 4 was another tough one to take, having four possessions with a chance to pull into a tie with a touchdown in the second half but coming away with a 23-9 loss Saturday at Texas.
