Kansas State is in a rut and now it’s looking to turn things around in Big 12 Conference play.
The Wildcats dropped their fourth straight game in a 5-4 loss to Creighton on Tuesday — their fifth in the last six contests. As K-State (11-10) prepares to open Big 12 play against No. 19 Oklahoma State tonight at 6 on FS1, Wildcat coach Brad Hill said both teams are going in different ways.
“They’re good and obviously they’re playing very good baseball and we’re scuffling,” Hill said Wednesday. “(Tuesday) night I thought we gave tremendous effort. We played extremely hard.
