Now two games into the season, it’s been so far so good for the Kansas State men’s basketball team.
The Wildcats have gone from coach Bruce Weber having no expectations prior to the first exhibition game, to winning a close game against a solid opponent in Columbia this past Monday.
As the Wildcats look to play in their fifth game of the season this Friday against South Dakota — the fourth Friday game in as many weeks — associate head coach Chris Lowery said they continue to learn from each game.
“We really used those exhibition games as a gauge and we really had to because we had so many new guys,” he said.
