The extra time to prepare for the Baylor game appeared to pay off for Kansas State, as they managed to take the Bears down to the wire. Hopefully, this week will be a repeat performance as Kansas State had an extra two days to prepare for Texas Tech.
Kansas State needs to win three of its next four games to become bowl eligible, while Tech need to win one of its next two. That means both teams will be desperate for a win, and I would be very surprised if this game turns into a blow out either way.
