MANHATTAN — Call it what you may, whether tradition or a true legacy, but Kansas State’s return game is well known across the country for being one of the most dangerous units in the nation.
The success of the return game has seemingly been handed down the line since the beginning of the Bill Snyder era, with the Wildcats passing the torch from one record breaker to the next.
This year, Snyder handed the torch to senior cornerback Morgan Burns a season after Tyler Lockett solidified his name next to the all-time greats of K-State football. Lockett holds school records in both kickoff return attempts and yards, along with many more offensive records.
