Bring on the PodCats with the Tulsa World’s Kelly Hines

We’d all prefer to forget last year’s 61-54 loss to Tulsa in Wichita, but K-State gets a great shot at revenge Saturday in Tulsa’s own building. The Golden Hurricane bring back two starters plus perhaps its best player, DaQuan Jeffries, who missed the game in Wichita with an injury. Eric and I talked to the Tulsa World’s Kelly Hines about why the Tulsa is going through some struggles right now during a tough stretch of their schedule, and what that could mean for Frank Haith’s future.

We also discussed the Golden Hurricane’s tendency to play a matchup zone and how K-State might be able to beat it, especially since the Tulsa has no one to match the height of Dean Wade.
