Ryan Black joined The Manhattan Mercury as a Kansas State beat writer and sports editor in October, we gladly welcomed him on the podcast for the first time this week with plans to talk all about K-State basketball. Of course, a few hours before we were set to record, UTEP hired Dana Dimel, so we did spend some time talking about the reaction to that surprising development as well as the matchup with UCLA.
