After they played so well against TCU and nearly pulled off the upset, you would have expected the Kansas State Wildcats to come out and play very well in their next game. That wasn’t the case last Saturday as they got blown out, 55-0, by Oklahoma.
The team was only able to manage 110 yards of total offense, while allowing Sooner quarterback Baker Mayfield to throw five touchdowns on the day. The loss was the Wildcats’ third straight and dropped them to 3-3 and 0-3 in the Big 12.
Head coach Bill Synder wasn’t too happy with his team or himself following the embarrassing loss, so he decided to do something about it.
