Bill Snyder to coach for one more year?

Bill Snyder has coached the Kansas State Wildcats for 24 years over two separate stints, and it looks like he’ll be back for a 25th next season. Per a report from Football Scoop, the 76-year-old Snyder is planning on returning to the sidelines in 2016.

Though some fans would probably prefer that Snyder pass the torch to a younger and fresher face, there’s no denying that he is an institution in Manhattan and has managed to keep Kansas State relevant despite not having the Wildcats in the national championship picture in recent years.

Over his time with the team, Snyder is 191-100-1 (110-77-1 Big 12) and has two Big 12 titles to his name as well as a 7-9 bowl record.
