MANHATTAN — Two days after the worst loss of his career, Kansas State football coach Bill Snyder had a positive and upbeat approach as he looks forward to the next game.
He has no alternative.
“If I can’t present the right attitude and approach, then I can’t expect the players to,” Snyder said Monday on the Big 12 teleconference. “It’s a dramatic disappointment but we all have to fight back.”
Disappointment is an understatement in the aftermath of K-State’s 55-0 loss to Oklahoma. How can the Wildcats avoid a repeat performance?
“We’re going to have to change the location of the equator, probably,” Snyder quipped.
