Snyder elected to Hall of Fame
Kansas State’s legendary football coach officially joined the College Football Hall of Fame in December, becoming just the fourth-ever active coach to be enshrined, joining Bobby Bowden (Florida State), Joe Paterno (Penn State) and John Gagliardi (St. John’s).
Snyder’s induction comes on the heels of 24 years as head coach at K-State where he has won more than 190 games, two Big 12 titles and led the Wildcats to 16 bowl appearances.
Under Snyder, the Wildcats enjoyed 11 straight bowl appearances (1993-03) and earned the school’s first-ever No.
