One could probably asked for a more dominant victory last night against a truly bad team as a preface to this afternoon's contest. But a win is a win, and when that win likely ensures further basketball beyond today we'll take it. Today, however, comes an odious duty. It's a neutral court, but give the fortunes of the two teams involved it really isn't; the crowd will likely be largely partisan Jayhawks. We're not expecting much, so let's hope for a surprise.
But before we move forward, we'd like to extend our thoughts to the Jayhawks on the passing of legend Clyde Lovellette, who died last night at his home in North Manchester, Indiana.
