Scott A. Frantz (b. June 7, 1996) is a highly touted offensive lineman who burst onto the scene as a redshirt freshman. He should continue to lock down the starting spot at left tackle in 2017.
Frantz started all 13 games in 2016 — the first Wildcat freshman to start an entire season at left tackle since at least 1988. He helped K-State to set the school record for rushing yards per carry (5.27), rank third in school history in total rushing yards (3,013) and rushing yards per game (231.8), and finish seventh in rushing touchdowns (39).
