Justin Ja’Rel Silmon (b. Aug. 4, 1995) is an athletic running back who walked on prior to the 2014 season. After a surprising set of spring practices, he will battle for playing time on both offense and special teams.
Silmon, who redshirted in 2014, tallied nine carries for 65 yards for the Purple team in the spring game, which led all rushers.
