KU BASEBALL STUNNED BY LITTLE ROCK:The Kansas baseball team was unable to overcome a fifth-inning homer, falling 4-2 to Little Rock on Saturday at Gary Hogan Field in Little Rock, Ark.
Tied 2-2 in the fifth, senior Ben Krauth gave up a two-run blast to Little Rock’s Ryan Scott that would decide the Jayhawks’ fate.
Shortstop Matt McLaughlin drove in both of the Jayhawks’ runs in his only hit of the game. The sophomore went 1 of 4 at the plate.
