Kansas and Kansas State were represented by seven players each on the All-Big 12 baseball teams which were announced on Tuesday.
The Jayhawks’ Connor McKay and the Wildcats’ Shane Conlon were the only first teamers for each club. Michael Tinsley and Ben Krauth each made the second team for KU, while Nate Griep was the only Wildcat on the second team.
KU’s Blair Beck, Matt McLaughlin, Justing Protacio and Stephen Villines were honorable mention selections, along with Max Brown, Corey Fischer, Tyler Moore and Tyler Wolfe for K-State.
McLaughlin was also named to the All-Freshman team for KU, and Bryce Ward was selected for K-State.
