The Kansas softball team surrendered two different leads, falling 5-3 to No. 10 Missouri in the winner's bracket of Saturday's regional in Columbia, Mo.
The Tigers took the lead for good with a three-run fifth. Kelsea Roth delivered the big blow, knocking a two-RBI double down the left-field line to put MU up 5-3.
KU started with a lead, as Chanin Naudin delivered a two-run homer to left field.
Mizzou responded immediately, as Sami Fagan answered with a two-run homer in the bottom of the frame.
KU freshman Daniella Chavez provided the other KU run in the top of the third, blasting a 2-2 pitch past the wall in center.
