KU doing its best to deal with injuries along offensive line

LAWRENCE — When an offensive line is banged up and changes from week to week — as Kansas’ is at this point — offensive coordinator Rob Likens says it can be difficult for a quarterback to remain confident and have the time in the pocket that he needs. Likens went on to say that when there is so much turnover at a position like the O-line, it can be difficult for the players to keep their chemistry where it needs to be.

“The line makes calls together,” Likens said. “They work on combo blocks and double teams and each guy does a double team different.
