LAWRENCE — Perry Ellis scored 18 points with perfect 10-for-10 free throw shooting, leading the Kansas men’s basketball team to an 88-46 victory over Montana on Saturday afternoon at Allen Fieldhouse.
Brannen Greene, making a rare start, scored 11 points with 3-for-4 3-point shooting while tying a career high with 3 assists.
KU, which led 44-24 at half, used crisp ball movement and pressure defense to open the second half on a 16-3 run. The Jayhawks built their lead to as much as 51 in the second half.
Wayne Selden (11) and Svi Myhkailiuk (10) also added double figures.
