u25a0 Enough beanballs and hard slides can test a baseball team.
u25a0 Frankly, the Kansas City Royals passed that test against the Oakland A’s.
u25a0 The Royals won the series. That’s job one.
u25a0 Job two was to clarify they have the spirit and the resolve necessary to engage a confrontation and not back down.
u25a0 The nation observed. Much of it cried foul over KC’s behavior.
u25a0 In the end, the Royals must stay true to who they are — a joyfully confident team that will challenge in the AL Central and beyond.
