u25a0 So an event to celebrate downtown’s renewal was moved, uhh, several blocks away.
u25a0 For downtown to thrive, the city’s largest entertainment venue would be a desirable structure.
u25a0 TPAC is great and certainly attracts a diverse variety of acts.
u25a0 Still, a sizable arena downtown would provide a destination to sustain businesses — then, apartments and lofts — needed to make the area viable.
