A Kansas football player was booked this Monday on charges of aggravated criminal threat, and the Jayhawks offensive lineman could serve jail time.
In a rather shocking development, someone sent in a bomb threat to the Kansas Jayhawks team facilities on July 24. Soon after, Joe Krause was arrested for a “severity level 5 person felony,” suggesting the incoming redshirt sophomore was connected to the situation.
The threat was sent in around 3:00 p.m. CT on Monday, and Krause was booked at 4:35 p.m. CT, according to Shreyas Laddha of The Kansas City Star.
