Every college prospect wants to hear their name called in the NFL Draft, but only a select few do. Many more will still get a chance in the NFL after the draft as they’re signed by teams, which was the case for Kansas football’s Azur Kamara.
Kamara was signed after the conclusion of the draft by the Dallas Cowboys, and the former JUCO prospect and Kansas Jayhawk will get his shot to play at the highest level.
During his first season with Kansas, Kamara made an immediate impact starting in three games and playing significantly in the other nine.
