I know there were times it was difficult to watch Landen Lucas on the basketball court for Bill Self’s Jayhawks. On the other hand, he was one of my favorites to watch the past two seasons.
His brain was always working and he is one smart basketball player. Not the most gifted, but nobody worked harder or could outsmart him. Bill Self certainly needed him in the paint after the Udoka injury.
