Yesterday’s game in Allen Fieldhouse wasn’t pretty. The Jayhawks fell to top-five Baylor 55-67, and Kansas basketball fans responded by completely melting down. The bottom line is that as of right now, Baylor is better than Kansas. There’s no other way to put it, but that isn’t the only takeaway from the game.
Baylor is arguably the best team in the country, they have an incredible resume, and the Bears have a legitimate chance to be number one in the AP Poll this Monday. Kansas lost to a good team, and while a win is better than a “quality loss,” it’s not like the Jayhawks lost to an inferior team.
