Former Kansas basketball standout Remy Martin extended his basketball career by signing with the top professional league in Iceland.
Two members of the Kansas Jayhawks were drafted in the first round of the 2022 NBA Draft. However, several others went undrafted and continued their basketball careers overseas — one of them being Remy Martin.
The Arizona State transfer signed with Keflavík, a professional team based out of Iceland, according to a local website. They play at the highest level of Icelandic basketball, the Úrvalsdeild karla.
He was a candidate to make the Cleveland Charge’s final roster last year in the NBA G League but did not make the final cut.
