The Quakers defeated Brown, Yale and edged Harvard 68-67 to win the Ivy League. Those are significantly different compared to the Jayhawk wins over Oklahoma State, Kansas State and West Virginia.
As a matter of fact, the Quakers last played in the NCAA tournament 11-years ago. In 2007, Texas A&M coached by former Kansas basketball standout Mark Turgeon defeated them in the first round 68-52.
