The Kansas City Star is reporting that Josh Jackson and Lagerald Vick have been named “persons of interest” in a vandalism case.

The alleged incident occurred early in the morning on December 9; the police report shows almost $3,000 worth of damage to a car, which is a felony. The victim is the same female student who was in a domestic violence altercation with Vick back in December of 2015.

As of this post, suspects have not been named and the investigation is ongoing. KU’s only comment is basically “no comment,” referring the Star to the school’s Office of Institutional Opportunity and Access, who emailed the following statement to the Star:

Due to federal law, and to protect the rights of all individuals involved, the university does not confirm or deny IOA investigations.
