Kansas basketball fans were pleasantly surprised Sunday. The NCAA Division-one men’s basketball committee gave us a little taste of what they are thinking. For the second year the decision makers teased fans with their peek at the top 16 teams. There are a few surprises and the Jayhawks look great.
