Jalen Wilson, who had one of the most decorated careers in recent history with Kansas basketball, threw out the first pitch in the Chicago White Sox game on Saturday.
Jalen Wilson was the first Kansas Jayhawks player since Wooden Award winner Frank Mason to average more than 20 points per game in a single season. He was the 2022-23 Big 12 Player of the Year, a Consensus All-American, and won a national championship a year ago.
During his three seasons at the university, Wilson scored 1,475 points, the 27th-highest number in KU history.
