The Kansas basketball alumni team in The Basketball Tournament (TBT) continues to tack on impressive talent — its most recent addition being KU legend Thomas Robinson.
Bill Self has coached several Kansas Jayhawks legends since he arrived in Lawrence in 2003. Thomas Robinson is among the best, as he accumulated 692 points as a junior and led KU to a national championship appearance in 2012.
He’s considered a bust in the NBA but is arguably a top-10 big man to ever step foot in Allen Fieldhouse. Despite not playing for an NBA team in over four years, T-Rob sits at the ripe age of 32 and still plays professional basketball in Puerto Rico.
