Top seed Kansas continues its quest for its fourth NCAA title as the Jayhawks take on Duke in the Elite 8.
Kansas won the Big 12 Regular Season and Tournament titles on its way to earning the top seed in the Midwest Region. The Jayhawks finished the regular season at #4 in the AP Poll.
Duke finished second in the ACC, four games behind Virginia and two games ahead of a four-way tie for third. The Blue Devils fell in the semifinals of the conference tournament to North Carolina. Their body of work was good enough for them to earn at at-large berth, and they were awarded the 2-seed in the Midwest Region.
