Gary Woodland? Not so much.
In the moments and hours before the start of Sunday’s final round of the PGA Championship, prognostications started to fly as quickly as practice shots on Quail Hollow’s range.
“The chalk says Matsuyama,” said Frank Nobilo.
“I still believe in Kevin Kisner and his tenacity and his toughness,” said David Duval. “It’s hard to look past Justin Thomas, as well. I think the winner could come from those two.”
