TULSA, Okla. — Devonte’ Graham didn’t just hit one dagger. He hit three.
As top-seeded Kansas turned a close matchup with Michigan State on Sunday at BOK Center into a 90-70 blowout win in the final moments, the junior guard caught fire like he’s done so often throughout the last year and a half.
His first 3-pointer in the knockout stretch was textbook. With less than five minutes to play, he watched Frank Mason drive to the basket, catching the ball in the left corner and burying a 3 to put KU up 13.
“I was just shooting it with confidence,” he said.
