Christmas is still a day or two away but Santa brought home a nice present for David Beaty and the Kansas football team Friday. Pooka Williams used this new, December early signing period to ink a scholarship offer from the Jayhawks. As a matter of fact, he Jayhawks are celebrating all of their early signees but getting Pooka is big news.
Anthony Pooka Williams played for Hahnville High School and led the state of Louisiana in rushing last season. You know LSU coach Ed Orgeron, Nebraska’s new coach Scott Frost and many other have either visited or made many calls to entice him to their programs.
