Greene's Back Issue Flared Up Earlier in Tournament

Greene has appeared in 30 games for Kansas this year. He's averaging 5.4 points and 2.1 rebounds in 12.4 minutes per contest. The junior played in each of the Jayhawks' first two NCAA tournament games but failed to register a made basket.
