This is the year of the home run, with MLB smashing the record for most home runs in a season. Not even Kansas City is immune to the homer-fest, with Jorge Soler obliterating the franchise single-season record, with a good chance he becomes the first player in club history to win a home run title.
With so many home runs this year, I thought it would be fun to think back about some of your favorite home runs. Many fans, will of course, gravitate to those home runs that were of great import in Royals history.
