George Brett hit two home runs and drove in six, while Charlie Leibrandt pitched eight dominant innings in a 10-1 laugher over Oakland at Royals Stadium.
Brett hit a three-run shot in the fourth and another one in the sixth. With a first inning walk and a single in the second, he enjoyed a perfect night at the plate.
