The 28th annual All-Star game was the first All-Star game to ever be played in Kansas City. It occurred on Monday July 11th, 1960 and featured 17 future members of the Hall of Fame and three more who arguably deserve to be enshrined (Roger Maris, Minnie Minoso and Vada Pinson).
