Adalberto Mondesi set a career high with four hits in Tuesday’s 6–5 loss to Toronto, including two doubles, an RBI single and a single. It was his first multi-hit game since July 28 at Yankee Stadium.
Mondesi also set a career high with three steals, his third multi-steal game of the season, all since the All-Star break. He has 15 steals in 38 games overall, including 10 in 17 games since the break, tied with Trea Turner for most in the Majors.
