Jarrod Dyson went 2-for-3 with a career-high four RBI in Kansas City’s 7–3 comeback win over Cleveland on July 18.
With the Royals trailing 2–0 heading into the bottom of the eighth inning, Dyson’s first career grand slam — and only home run of the season — capped Kansas City’s seven-run inning.
Dyson also tripled in the third inning of that game to become the second Royal ever with a triple and a grand slam in the same game, joining Carlos Beltran, who did it on Aug. 22, 2001.
