Cheslor Cuthbert recorded a career-high 12-game hitting streak from July 7–23, in which he hit .419/.449/.628 (18-for-43) on his way to earning Royals Player of the Month honors in July and winning the American League rookie batting title.

Cuthbert’s 12-game hitting streak is the longest by a Royals rookie since Mike Moustakas’ 15-game hitting streak in 2011.
