To call the Royals win on Monday afternoon thrilling would be an understatement, but no matter how amazing and crazy and obviously needed that victory was, there’s still another game to be played before the Royals can move on to their second consecutive American League Championship Series. The balls are in the hands of Johnny Cueto and Collin McHugh, which is a mismatch by name, but I don’t think anybody who has paid attention the last couple of months would agree with that classification of this matchup. Once Cueto throws that first pitch, the last game doesn’t matter.
