When I first set out to write this article, the Kansas City Royals only desperately needed help in right field. They’ve been trying to fill that right field void for years, and have had success here and there with a good season from Jeff Francoeur, some solid production from David Lough and a better than realized season from Nori Aoki last season. Of course, they went out and signed Alex Rios this past winter, and that has not worked out as the team hoped.
