The Kansas City Royals have reportedly looked to their past and agreed on a three-year deal to bring back one of the most successful players from the early years of the Dayton Moore era, Joakim Soria. The two sides agreed on a deal that would pay Soria $25 million over the length of the contract with a mutual option, according to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN. It was reported yesterday that there may be incentives for Soria if starting, which may or may not be true, but sounds similar to the deal given to Luke Hochevar last season.
