Ventura died Sunday morning in a car accident in the Dominican Republic.
The special tribute will feature a pitcher's mound in the center with a framed Ventura game-worn jersey, video boards showing highlights and a signature wall fans can sign.
Several Royals have committed to attending, including Mike Moustakas, Eric Hosmer, Alex Gordon, Christian Colon, Whit Merrifield, Danny Duffy, Chris Young, Paulo Orlando, Matt Strahm, Kelvin Herrera, Kyle Zimmer and newcomers Nathan Karns and Peter O'Brien.
