There seems to be an expectation that the Kansas City Royals to look to the free agent market in their pursuit to fill their vacant outfield positions. That could include their own free agents in Alex Gordon and Ben Zobrist or it can include any number of options who we covered last week. But there’s also the chance that the Royals dip into their farm system (or their bullpen) to acquire an outfielder who could slide into left and/or right field if they’re unable to keep the guys who helped them win the World Series.
